What is a Digital Agency?

It’s hard to define what we do really. We’re a company that has the ability to listen to your ideas and create a complete strategy for getting that idea to market along with the necessary vehicles such as website, app or advertising material in the form of banner or html5 specific shows. So you see – it’s a very broad arena. So we choose the term “Digital Agency” to encompass all things technology that help our clients create, deliver, promote, engage and communicate their way to success.

So you build a site and add your products … viola ! – you make sales.

OK so perhaps it’s not that simple, but that’s the goal right? Well in order to pull that off there are quite a few steps before this that are so vitally important to the success of your online store. Things to think about are your shipping and tax (not just to your local market – but how do you deal with international shipping, or do you want to avoid selling to some countries and not others? Do you need a different pricing structure from your wholesalers and what type of discount and gift certificate system should you use. How often should you send out your newsletter (oh jeez – do we even have a subscribe to the newsletter area?).
