Manual Settings For Any Email Client

Pop3 Incomming mail server 

Mail Server Username: youremail@yourdomainname.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.com

Outgoing SMTP Server

Please note most ISP's (internet service providers) such as telstra and optus have blocked the use of your own smtp server and therefore you will need to contact them to confirm the correct SMTP. If you are still not able to send mail try changing your account to the following

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.com (server requires authentication) port 26

Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
